Airtel customers who have problem with Mobile prepaid SIM card can call 121. You can dial 121 from your Airtel Mobile for general information and query. It is sad to let you know that it is not free, you will be charged 50 paise per 3 minutes. If you can not make out going call or if you are unable to send SMS, you can call 198 for complaint and service request. You can also dial 9845098450.
