I have bought Bharti Airtel prepaid Mobile SIM card, I have been using it almost a year. When I type *123# and press OK button, it shows balance and validity – Dec 29, 2037. Recently I have a problem with my Airtel prepaid, I am able to receive SMS but I am not able to send SMS at all. I keep calling Airtel customer care number and I never get a chance to speak to customer care people. I visit airtel official website airtel.in, I have clicked on “Need Help” button, just below “help ah hand” title, I have selected service type as “Mobile – Prepaid”, for enquiry type I have selected “Complaint”, for fill in details: I have entered my mobile number, email id, Name, Location state, I have written my complaint letters with few words, for validation, I have entered capcha code and I clicked Submit button. Soon after I clicked submit button this is what it says:
Your request has been acknowledged. Your reference no. is PR091900026.
We will get back to you in 2 working days. Please provide this reference No. for any future correspondence related to this enquiry.
When we are in a hurry, this is what we get… two working days. I have submitted the above mentioned complaint on Wednesday, August 19, 2012 at about 07:20Am. Let’s wait and see whether they (Airtel people) will solve my issue or not. I do not understand why they barred my out going SMS. I never had this type of issue with other mobile service providers.
