If your External Computer Keyboards is not working properly, you can use your Computer On-Screen
Keyboard using the mouse. Here is how you have to open and use it:
1. Click on "Start Menu"
2. Click on "Control Panel"
3. Click on "Ease of Access"
4. Click on "Ease of Access Center"
5. Double click on "Start On-Screen Keyboard"
6. Right click on On-Screen Keyboard icon on taskbar and click on "Pin this program to taskbar. Soon after you are done clicking on Pin this program to taskbar, Your "On-Screen Keyboard" shortcut icon would be added parmanently to taskbar. It will be there forever, unless you unpin this program from taskbar.
Note: On-Screen Keyboard makes it possible to type using the mouse or another pointing device by clicking keys on a picture of a keyboard.
